He knows the rule that he must go to bed before 10 o'clock, but he won't follow that without my supervision. I couldn't help yelling at him, but it didn't work.
My anger mostly comes from my stress. My boy's challenge behaviour just triggers the anger.

Whenever I tried to write my dad told me that I need to write properly because he's afraid people might judge me because of my writing when I apply for a job. I want to tell him that I don't want to get a job and I want to become a Vtuber but I was too scared to tell him or my mom. 

I felt so angry that I wrote down "I'm not gonna write good, I'm not getting a job. I'm not gonna get no job because I'm not good at it. There no point in WRITNG on paper because I'm good at typing on the computer on the computer. That's all I'm good at ok?! All I want is to become a Vtuber"

]]> 2021-10-26 15:59:01 UTC https://padlet.com/ma1061/un3v59hrbulp3p12/wish/1845510087 https://padlet.com/ma1061/un3v59hrbulp3p12/wish/1852396875 I do remember a time in my childhood when my father’s second wife (ex-stepmom) she treated my sister and I badly whenever our father wasn’t around, but she would always treat my sister and I differently with her son (ex-stepbrother) and our 3 younger siblings (half siblings). She wasn’t afraid of showing it either.

I felt powerless in those years and we were just kids fighting with a grown women. (I was probably age: 8 and my sister age: 6) I couldn’t do anything, we thought if we said anything our father would be unhappy, and we didn’t want his feelings hurt. 4 years later, he told us they got a divorce and that was when we told our dad how she treated us and it was a weight lifted off our shoulders.

As a child I didn't know how to feel about what was going on, I really thought she didn't like me but looking back at what happened that anger sat with me for many years and whenever I would think about it I would breakdown, I felt so weak, and broken. Until I finally opened up about it and let everything out.

It was my first time going to a school. I cried when my mom dropped me off for probably 3 months straight. I sat in the back of the classroom and I did not participate. I felt powerless because I thought no one knew how I felt. It seem like no one cared and I felt like I was being punished.
