Dear Lan,

It has been great working with you in last over 7 years, our team has a lots of fun and joy moments together through a lots of different initiatives, activities with company, cross functional team and especially our HR team! 😊

I want to sincerely thank for all of what you have done for MSD VN, and specially for our HR team! I wish you all the very best in this exciting next step of your career! I trust that you will continue doing great in our next role and chapter – and, whenever you need helps, supports or advice, I will always be available to reach out, if you want.

Dear c Lan,

Do you know, that I was on board on 21 Jun and your off-board date will be on 20 Aug...exactly my probation end date...so, I guess it will be a memorable day for me in my next coming time with MSD.

Within 2 months, what I can encapsulate from interacting with you is POSITIVITY & WARM. I feel that you can always forgive other's mistakes and is very willing to let go of all negativities. There is a quote (picture) that I live by, and I may think of you whenever I re-read that quote to myself. Thank you for all your guidance, encouragement, I wish you all the best things in your next journey, and I am sure there will be a colorful, happy road waiting for you.

So sad to say goodbye with a friendly and cute colleague like you, especially I only joined for 1.5 months and meet you in-person 1 day. Thanks chi Lan so much to share many C&B materials for me to learn, read, and catch up very quickly with the role. Cứng mà mềm, ít mà nhiều, trong mà ngoài, khô và ướt, yếu đuối mà mạnh mẽ, fixed mà growth , đó, chị tôi đó, cái gì cũng có, khó mà biết được chị ấy thế nào đâu nhé, nên đừng có đoán cho tới khi dành thời gian để ở bên và thấu hiểu. Chị - một người luôn rất lý trí nhất có thể để chân cứng đá mềm bước đi trên suốt hành trình mà em biết. Nhưng cũng tình cảm thấu đáo và quan tâm mọi người lắm, chị có đôi mắt tinh tường nhất em từng gặp, là nguồn cảm hứng mỗi sáng vào chổ ngồi của em, vì sẽ không ai để ý em vui buồn đẹp xấu mới củ thế nào ngoài chị - một cách liên tục nhất. Chị cũng hài hước và thích chọc ghẹo soi mói em lắm, nhưng gần như em đã bắt đầu nhớ chị từ khi biết chị sẽ không còn ngồi chổ đó nữa.
