The normal plate of food you should eat is healthy oils, grains, vegetables, healthy protein, water or milk and fruits. The way of eating i see the most helpful is having a plate full of your protein witch is meat, then beans, and a starch with also vegetables and fruits.</div>]]></description>

Personally I think the most healthful diet would be to drink plenty of water daily, vegetables such as carrots, vitamin A, eat whole fruit, grains, ect.
