First, he hears about an event and him and his teammates try to arrive at the area within 24-48 hours after the event. Next, he sets up his program and gets the word out. Then, he serves around about 6,500 victims food. Stan Hays plans, on creating another foundation, "BBQ Boot Camp" in fort Bragg in North Carolina. He plans to teach them the basics of grilling and smoking and show people about the competition barbecue.
