I would try to destress with just taking a minute to calm my breathing. Another stressor I experienced was my truck having a couple issues and I don't think I have fully recovered from that.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Call the police immediately if it got physical, I would not want to try to break up the fight in fear of my own safety. If it were just a verbal interaction I would most likely interject in some way in hopes of deescalating the situation while someone else hopefully finds an authoritive figure/calls the police. If the encounter were to being to evolve into something possibly physical I would call 911.</div>]]></description>
