Keep in mind, I was still horrendous. However I was getting better. I was practicing every day, and continuing to better develop my skills. By the time I was 6, I was the best on my team.

This relates to the theme because it shows a better soccer player from day one to day something. He was standing on the island, trying to pour the cheerios into the bowl. He kept missing abut eventually got it. I could tell he was determined. When he finally got it, he was really excited. The best part of this whole situation was that he hadn´t ever noticed me, so I got to see his genuine reaction. It was really something special.
