We reflected on the importance of doing a detailed review. It should be part of regular housekeeping, and encourages helpful conversations and ensures spend is targeted as effectively as possible. Needs to be done at the appropriate time with a realistic timeframe

Sometimes there isn't a neat fit between existing outcome measures and BCF schemes. Sometimes you have to rely on proxy measures. The system reforms and other changes also means that data isn't always available at place-level. Has this been a challenge for you? Would be interested in knowing how you are approaching this to align your expenditure and activity to meaningful outcomes?
