2.- Para cambiar la timidez de hablar en público, debo seguir los siguientes pasos: prepararme hasta entender el tema, leer bastantes para tener una buena lexicología, estar seguro de mi mismo, respirar profundamente, etc. Esto debo de practicar diariamente hasta obtener los resultados positivos.
