         <description><![CDATA[<p>The Nuba Laya does not require that much ingredients actually! All you need is just Bario rice, Daun isip , glutinous rice and coconut milk . Do be careful with how much water that you used, too much and it will turn into a porridge instead (Abdulrahman, 2024)</p><p><br/></p><p>The preparations are also not that complicated!</p><ol><li><p>Boil the rice with some coconut milk</p></li><li><p>Stir and squash them with a spatula</p></li><li><p>Wrap it up in the Daun isip</p></li><li><p>Let it rest for a bit to allow the rice to cook properly</p></li><li><p>Time to dig in!</p></li></ol><p><br/></p>]]></description>

The Irik leaf allows the rice to  be kept fresh longer. </p><p><br></p><p>Let's make it:</p><ol><li><p>Wash the glutinous rice</p></li><li><p>Boil the coconut milk with some oil</p></li><li><p>Put the glutinous rice in and stir until it's dry</p></li><li><p>Wrap it with the Irik leaf</p></li><li><p>Steam it for about an hour</p></li></ol><p><br></p><p>It can also be enjoyed with rendang and curry</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>For this recipe, you will need grated coconut meat , beef, ginger, chilies , lemongrass, beef stock , turmeric, shallot and black pepper (Raymund, 2020)</p><p><br></p><p>Time to make it:</p><ol><li><p>Cook the coconut meat on the highest setting until it turn black.</p></li><li><p>Season the beef with salt and black pepper.</p></li><li><p>Cook the beef until it turn brown.</p></li><li><p>Put the beef in a pot with some lemongrass and pour the beef stock, boil it on low setting for 1 1/2 hours</p></li><li><p>Season it with salt and it's ready to be served</p></li></ol>]]></description>
