In elementary school, I participated in game of kickball. I had never played kickball so in order for me to learn I had to actively watch what the other kids were doing so I knew the rules.

In my planner, I have section for goals. I make goals for my week and at the end of the week there is a place to reflect. I reflect on the goals I met or did not meet and learn from my mistakes and successes. It is really helpful because I can be constructive of myself. 
2. In classes, when you post to a discussion board you have people respond and challenge your opinions.
