2.Team work and communication skills.If we lack of both skills,our team will be in a disaster and we may really hurt ourselves .For example,one of my friend capsize from her boat and she hurt herself badly because her teammate is not being coorperative with her.

By seeing their facial expression I can tell that they are really having fun in this activity which makes me feel like participating and interacting with them in this activity.

2) We can learn a lot of things such as communication, teamwork, perseverance and tolerance between teammates in order to finish the task together as one. It also helps us to strengthen our bonding together as we work along with each other. 

3) We learn from working with people from other countries by having collaboration with them.
At the same time we get to learn how they function their own companies and factories that may be different from us. We will take that as a learning key point or experience for us to improve ourselves which may benefit us in future. 

Having collaborations with other countries means that we will be working together and sharing our ideas with them to improve in our project and that's when we get to learn from each other.
If the collaboration is a success both companies will benefit in the business that they have collaborated. 

But not all collaborations that they have will be smooth as they may face some issues such as disagreements and misunderstandings with each other and cause the company to have a lose in business. If they don't work properly and communicate well with each other. 
In the end they may end up paying more money that they should if their collaboration fail. This means that they have made a lose in business instead of earning. This will tear their relationship and trust between both parties as they have failed to earn during the period of their collaboration. That's when they learn from their mistakes and gain experience from each other.

They should be adventurous and be able to take up challenges that is breath-taking. They have to believe in themselves that as long as they have the safety equipment on them, everything will be fine. They have to get out of their comfort zone and try out activities that are challenging so that it will be thrilling. 

2) It is because these kind of activities are expensive to participate and only those who are professional can teach the students. It is very risky for students to take part in these kind of activities as there are high chances of someone getting injured. The school is responsible for every student's welfare. It takes someone who is well trianed and well prepared to be entrusted to the students to participate in the high-risk activities.

1)I would enjoy an activity like this  as it is an eye opening experience for me because I have not try water rafting before. moreover, I think white water rafting is fun as the sport require a lot of endurance which is very extreme.

2)participating in outdoor activities such as camping and trekking, we can learn important values like teamwork and perserverence which we can apply in our daily life.
