In my opinion, Starr should talk to the police because she can show them what one fifteen has done wrong and make sure that he gets the punishment he deserves. On the other hand, the police might not realize that one fifteen has done something wrong and it could lead to problems and injustice.

I Think Starr should definitely contact the police to serve justice to khalil's death and officer one fifteen , because people that commit crimes need to be held accountable , no matter the circumstances ! #BLM☝🏽☝🏽 🚗

Starr should definitely talk to the police. The level of injustice and sheer dishonour that would be if Starr didn't is unacceptable.

Maybe Starr could therefore help closing this case down for good, rather give Khalil the justice and rest he DESERVES!
