하지만 많은 물리치료사 선생님이 치료를 하기에 두려움 보다는 지식의 한계를 많이 보입니다.

어떻게 생각 하십니까?

타 국가의 교육 과정에서 실전에서 치료하는 방식이 있나요?

교육 과정이 있으면 어떤 방식으로 진행하는지 알 수 있을까요?

In South Korea, physical therapists grow and develop by attending a wide range of continuing education courses after employment.

Personally, I hope that students can learn and be fully prepared before entering the field.

However, I often see that many physical therapists struggle not because they are afraid of treating patients, but because they face limitations in their clinical knowledge.

What do you think about this?

In other countries, do educational programs include hands-on clinical training during school?

If so, how is that practical training conducted within the curriculum?

저는 다음과 같이 생각 합니다.

* 의사가 말하는 위험성 응급증상 환자 또는 기저질환 환자의 대한 치료가 걱정이면 물리치료사가 이를 확인 후 병원에 검진 의뢰를 부탁드리는 방면으로 가면 좋지 않을까?

I hope for independent practice rights for physical therapists.

Currently, many doctors and policymakers express concerns about the risks of allowing physical therapists to treat patients independently, and such practices are often restricted by law.

Here is what I think:

If the concern is about emergency symptoms or patients with underlying medical conditions, wouldn’t it be better if physical therapists could assess the situation first and then refer those patients to a hospital or physician for further evaluation?

Most of my patients are breast cancer and gynecologic cancer survivors, but recently I've also been working with people recovering from prostate cancer, gallbladder cancer, and other types of cancer. I'm particularly interested in pelvic floor physical therapy and have been learning a lot through lectures by physical therapists based in the United States.
