1) I would prefer to be under a laissez-faire leadership, given that the leader could effectively coach and guide where I see needed. As I am a driven person myself, I appreciate any autonomy given to me, with the exception of situations where it is a totally unfamiliar territory for me. In such circumstances, an autocratic leadership by someone truly experienced, or even a democractic leadership would be preferable.

2) I like to think I am a democratic leader, but if I'm being honest, I do have a tendency be autocratic in a number of situations. It is especially so when it there is a lack of personal rapport between me and my peers. While it is burdening but it allows me to be informed at all times, which helps me manage my anxiousness of any uncertainties, in exchange of the minor pressure I'll face. However, in situations where I am truly outside my comfort zone yet thrusted with the responsibility to lead, I would rather rely on others' expertise and practise a laissez-faire leadership while still retaining autonomy in decision-making.

1)What kind of leader do you prefer?

-In my point of view, I would prefer a Democratic Leader because I love people who always asking opinion to other members before making a decision. This action can lead to the success of the job itself at once creating wonderful teamwork. Not only that, democratic leadership also can prevent unwanted things such as fights between groups or feeling bad because their ideas were not taken.

2)If you were a leader, what kind of leader do you think you would be?

-If I were a leader, I would still choose democratic leadership. I put a lot of emphasis on every idea and point of view of my colleagues when making assignments. In every discussion, I would be the first one to share my ideas or opinions and after that, I would say "What about you guys? Do you agree? Do you have any other ideas?" to my teammates. The reason why I did something like that is because I believe each of my teammates has a brilliant idea that is better than mine. Sometimes I wonder that it must be very sad if someone didn't hear your ideas and opinion, that is why I always reach an agreement on one specific work. I also want agreement in making decisions so that our relationship becomes closer and does not put a burden on each other.

1 : I prefer laissez-faire because it emphasizes individual freedom in making decisions without restrictions from outside parties. In a management context, a laissez-faire leadership style allows team members to work autonomously with little direction or supervision. For example, in corporate management a leader who applies a laissez-faire style may let his team members determine the best way to complete their tasks, without too much interference. This can motivate team members to innovate and take initiative.

2 : If I am a leader, I think I will be a democratic leader because a democratic leader has characteristics and a leadership style that encourages active participation from members of the team or organization. Democratic leadership can produce positive results and build trust in society. A leader must build strong relationships with team members. Leaders should get to know them personally and value their contributions. This can create an environment that supports collaboration and participation.

This style of leadership allow me to values each team member's ideas and oppinion. Thus, this can make us feel more engaged. During my foundation studies, I think I changed to democratic style as I learned to trust my team members and involve them in the decision-making process. Although it might take a bit longer, shared decisions help reduce mistakes and boost team morale and commitment.

1. I prefer a leader who consider others opinion rather than making a decision by themself and a leader who prioritise his or her teammates and knows how to handle things around.

2. If I’m a leader, I like to think myself as a democratic leader out of the three types of leader. I want to hear other opinions when making decision to collect as much ideas that they can contribute to achieve the best decision among my teammates. Also, I want them to feel seen and heard in doing a groupwork.

1) In my opinion, I would prefer a Laissez-Faire Leaderbecause it allows team members to work independently and make their own decisions. This approach works well with skilled and motivated people who don’t need constant supervision. By giving the team freedom, it will encourage creativity and innovation.

2) if I'm being a leader I will be the democratic because I will value teamwork and open communication. This style helps me build strong, collaborative relationships and ensures that everyone feels heard and involved in decisions. It’s a great way to foster creativity, trust, and a sense of ownership within my team.

Furthermore, tasks usually will be completed more quickly and efficiently because everyone is clear about their duties and the leader is more strict in monitoring.

2) If i become a leader, i think i will be a laissez-faire leader because i’m a rather relaxed person and like to listen to other people's opinions. It is because when I become leader in doing assignments or group works, I often involve group members to exchange ideas and opinion. Sometimes I don't have good idea in doing work and I ask for my group members opinion and their opinion better than what I have. It makes our work different from other people and if I am a group member and my leader receive my idea at work, it can be satisfying too like I have credit to our work.
