1) I prefer a leader who considers the members of their community and is willing to step forward when problems arise.

2) Out of the three categories of leadership, I think I fall into the second category: democratic leadership. I like to listen to others’ opinions rather than following my own ideas 100%. In community life, we need each other to succeed together.

1) I would prefer to be under a laissez-faire leadership, given that the leader could effectively coach and guide where I see needed. As I am a driven person myself, I appreciate any autonomy given to me, with the exception of situations where it is a totally unfamiliar territory for me. In such circumstances, an autocratic leadership by someone truly experienced, or even a democractic leadership would be preferable.

2) I like to think I am a democratic leader, but if I'm being honest, I do have a tendency be autocratic in a number of situations. It is especially so when it there is a lack of personal rapport between me and my peers. While it is burdening but it allows me to be informed at all times, which helps me manage my anxiousness of any uncertainties, in exchange of the minor pressure I'll face. However, in situations where I am truly outside my comfort zone yet thrusted with the responsibility to lead, I would rather rely on others' expertise and practise a laissez-faire leadership while still retaining autonomy in decision-making.

In my opinion, I prefer a laissez-faire leader. This is because I like working with less pressure from management, which allows me to feel more comfortable. I also appreciate having more flexibility with my ideas and i am comfortable working independently without close supervision.

If I were a leader, I think I would lean towards being a laissez-faire leader. I’m not very inclined towards team members who need constant guidance; I prefer those who can work independently without me having to explain every detail. This approach can also help boost team members' creativity.

I prefer the laissez-faire kind of leader because I like to work flexibly and with less pressure. This kind of leader will allow me to work in my own time and using my own methods. So, I can work freely and most likely will enjoy doing my work without much stress. Thus, this can allow me to produce the best outcome of the work.

I think I'm a combination of a democratic leader and a laissez-faire leader. In a group work, l like to hear everyone's opinions before starting the assignment. I think it's important to hear everyone's ideas and their agreement in any decisions. On the other hand, I would allow them to work independently on their assigned tasks which means I would not pressure them in doing it in a specific way, time and place.

-In my point of view, I would prefer a Democratic Leader because I love people who always asking opinion to other members before making a decision. This action can lead to the success of the job itself at once creating wonderful teamwork. Not only that, democratic leadership also can prevent unwanted things such as fights between groups or feeling bad because their ideas were not taken.

2)If you were a leader, what kind of leader do you think you would be?

-If I were a leader, I would still choose democratic leadership. I put a lot of emphasis on every idea and point of view of my colleagues when making assignments. In every discussion, I would be the first one to share my ideas or opinions and after that, I would say "What about you guys? Do you agree? Do you have any other ideas?" to my teammates. The reason why I did something like that is because I believe each of my teammates has a brilliant idea that is better than mine. Sometimes I wonder that it must be very sad if someone didn't hear your ideas and opinion, that is why I always reach an agreement on one specific work. I also want agreement in making decisions so that our relationship becomes closer and does not put a burden on each other.

i prefer a leader with democratic kind of leadership because it makes the rest of the members feel valued as it involved everyone in decision-making. It allows for various ideas that leading to a better conclusion with the major voice.
if i am a leader, i am prone to be a democratic type of leadership because i think it would be better to hear everyone's opinion, and decide the solution with the one most agreed opinion with the members. i am honestly cant stand people who left out alone. lets say a task was given, and one of us couldnt take it clearly, i will slowly reach them and share what i understand and if both of us are not sure im willing to double-confirm to the lecturer so that we could progress the work effectively. if in a case that, I AM the one who left alone while the rest of the team understand the task very well, i couldnt stay calm

1) I prefer a democratic leader because democratic leadership encourages innovation by creating an open space for sharing ideas and also it values feedback, this style is adaptable to change, and it fosters accountability as team members become more committed to do their part when working.

2) I think if i became a leader, i would be in between democratic and laissez-faire but more dominant on democratic. it is because i believe that i am an open-minded person and i know that good ideas can come from anyone, so i really like to bring different perspectives from different people together. i believe that the best outcomes is when everyone works and share opinions with each other. Lastly, i would love if everyone leans against each other, Even when things get challenging, i am open about what’s going on and i feel the need to make an effort to keep everyone in the loop, building a strong sense of unity in the team.

1.I think among the categories, I prefer a democratic leader since they surely capable of decision-making on their own but still seek opinions from the others which makes them admirable on that note. Not to mention, it is also a very good approach as a leader to gain people's trust and favour as most people wants to be heard and appreciated.

This is because I really enjoy hearing people's opinions on something and stories from their point of views, so that I can enhance my knowledge while also improving myself. I prefer the democratic leadership style because it allow everyone, my team members including me to sit together and work together in decision making. This style of leadership allow me to values each team member's ideas and oppinion. Thus, this can make us feel more engaged. The variety of ideas helps to improve on weaknesses of other members' ideas.
In the past, when I was in the high school, I chose an autocratic leadership style because I lacked confidence in my team members’ abilities and wanted to ensure that tasks were completed quickly. I felt it was easier to make my own decisions and control everything without waiting for others' input, as it sped up the work process.However, this approach was burdensome as all the responsibility fell on my shoulders.

After that, I worked to change my leadership style. During my foundation studies, I think I changed to democratic style as I learned to trust my team members and involve them in the decision-making process. I realized that by allowing them to contribute ideas, tasks could be completed with better quality. Although it might take a bit longer, shared decisions help reduce mistakes and boost team morale and commitment.

I prefer a democratic kind of leader. I would like a leader who can accept others' opinions because I believe by doing so, more ideas can be generated. But, the leader still needs to judge others' opinions based on their expertise.

If I were to be a leader, I think I would be a half-democratic and half-laissez-faire leader. I think I tend to want to hear others' opinions to make any decisions. Then, I will let them work independently for them to use their own talent and creativity but I will assist them accordingly.

If I am a leader, I think I am democratic leader. It is because when I become leader in doing assignments or group works, I often involve group members to exchange ideas and opinion.
