In the movie "Everything Everywhere All At Once" I didn't know what to expect. I went in to the movie without watching the trailer or searching for the summary. At first I thought it was just a confusing, multiverse movie but then halfway through the movie, I started crying and it continued until the movie finished. It may have been weird and confusing but then as you go through the story, you understand more about it and get immersed in it more. It talked about generational trauma, coming out to your Asian parents, and how being kind is important, despite all the negativity surrounding you (I love Waymound). It also depicted the multiple lives of the characters if they had chosen a different decision, it did show what they could have had or what they could have been, but it also showed what they lost on the way. It means that every decision we make, whether it may be big or small, always has consequences, good or bad.

1.) Why do I like these media?
I like this media simply because it sparks up my imagination. It gives me a new perception of a specific topic through other people's points of view.

2.) How are these media influencing or affecting me? (my lifestyle, aspirations, attitudes, behavior). Is this healthy? If yes, how come? If not, what steps should you take to change it?
These media definitely influenced me in a way where my perception and views on things became different. I also discovered more about myself and found out that I like such diverse things. It also affected my lifestyle of course. We adapt the things we see in the media into real life as we are easily influenced by it. Is this healthy for me, however? The way changes my opinion on a topic, and understanding more about it is a good thing. However, the media does affect my physical health in a way. Sleeping late just to watch or read the things I see in the media is an example of why this is becoming unhealthy for me. So how could I change it? Of course by disciplining myself more. The way I consume my media should be a way where I am responsible of what I should do in my daily life as well.
