I picked a construction manager as my career project. The everyday work life of a construction manager consists of planning and coordinating the work site. Even though some of the managers still work on the construction process they still need to supervise the younger apprentices that just started working on the site.

The expected salary in Pennsylvania for a construction manager is anywhere from the low being 60,000 to the high being 170,000 dollars. One of the benefits of being a construction manager is job security. There are many job openings in blue collar work that need younger men so if you're not sure what to do this is a great line of work. Another job benefit is traveling for the job or project the team is working on.

Most construction managers need to have a bachelor's degree although in some states it isn't required. Anything like a trade school is also a good option. Being a construction manager involves lots of communication, planning and moving around. Honestly this job is great if you used to play sports in high school and want to stay in shape. Keeping up with your health is very important. As you get older and move less its worse on your body, but this job always involves moving around which can be a lot for when you are older but it's still a great job it just depends on the employee's desires.
