I picked a construction manager as my career project. The everyday work life of a construction manager consists of planning and coordinating the work site. Construction managers usually work 40 hours or more in overtime. overall they are full time workers and the job isn't just easy.

Most construction managers need to have a bachelor's degree although in some states it isn't required. Anything like a trade school is also a good option. Being a construction manager involves lots of communication, planning and moving around. Honestly this job is great if you used to play sports in high school and want to stay in shape. Keeping up with your health is very important. As you get older and move less its worse on your body, but this job always involves moving around which can be a lot for when you are older but it's still a great job it just depends on the employee's desires.

The job will always be around because people will always need to build things and replace them.
It's a good job for people who like hands on things and it pays better than most white collar jobs.

DOWN SIDE
Always working outside and could be bad weather and you would still have to work in it.
