Today is my first day of SIEP3 program. My SIEP program was doing at Ibrahim Holidays Travel Sdn Bhd. I made my SIEP here for only 10 days. Ibrahim Holidays Travel Sdn Bhd is a travel agency company that provide inbound inbound and outbound holidays package. Name of owner for this company is Tuan Haji Ibrahim Bin Draman. This company located in KualaTerengganu. On my first day here, I meet Tuan Haji Darul to make a report for work here. Tuan Haji Darul is a manager for this company. After that, he bring me to knowing the employees of this company. This company have five employees. So, i can answer the questions when customer ask about package that Ibrahim Holidays travel have. Ibrahim Holidays Travel Sdn Bhd have inbound and outbound package. For inbound, they have package to Legoland tour, A famous a fun, Houseboat Tasik Kenyir, Perhentian Island, Kapas Island and Redang Island. I’m grateful because I can learn how to use photoshop easily for my future. On my fifth day, Miss Naterah ask me check itinerary to Medan, Indonesia for 4 days 3 nights package. At lunch, Tuan Haji Darul ask me and miss Naterah to attend  opening ceremony for MATA. MATA was have first branch in Kuala Terengganu. So, I and miss Naterah attend the event. On my seventh day, Tuan Haji Darul ask me to check information about tourist who want to go Acheh for this September, the information of the tourist must same with the information of their passport because he don’t want make any mistake when he want book a ticket flight.
