         <description><![CDATA[<div>Was the data for determining if IEPs were closed after annual meetings the same document that was sent out for us to sign? If so, then we need to correct the report to show annual dates, not the latest IEP changes. When we have progress meetings or other important meetings, this date appears on the form, not the annual. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Is it possible to e-mail department chairs letting them know, "I am pulling data for staffing on [date].  Make sure all your IEPs are closed on that day."   Even though our case managers will close those IEPs quickly, depending on the day of an IEP meeting, it's very likely that a few IEPs are open legitimately.</div>]]></description>
