It was pretty easy. We all understood each others ideas and thoughts. We did debate about some of the people but overall, we agreed.

2. Everyone helped out about equally. We all shared individual ideas and opinions equally as well.

Even though she was old, some of us thought she was already useful enough and didn't need to be brought along, while others thought that she deserved a chance because of her good heart. Yes everyone was contributing equally. Max had a few tech issues but he still helped out. Oh I answered that in the first question. I valued who was the good person rather than who was young or old. 3) We mainly focused on age and the importance of their occupation.
