It also gave me ideas to improve my instruction in ways that will give my student the chance to excel.  It also gave me awareness of what support exist or doesn’t I will connect what I learned from him to create long term goals, which is to set up conditions in which my student feels connected and comfortable. I find that she is constantly looking at me for my approval So I make sure I give her that smile shes looking for from me, thumbs up, that pat on the back or just saying I am. proud of her whether the answer she gave was right or wrong. and where is her weakness and strength ,she struggle with her understanding the question , she needs more hands on activities to keep her focus. working with her require lots of reference to keep her attention. I feel the student might be struggling out side of the classroom. In the end we  were able to understand more about her struggles.
