Trying to keep student sessions below an hour. When the center gets busy, remember that it is best to cover the biggest problems and then check in with other students (float around). Sometimes tutors can have multiple students at once; preferably, all tutors will have an equal amount of work; and won't spend an hour with one student while another tutor balances 4 students.
