I really learn new thing from this

MPU3222 course. From discussing product that we want to sell, promoting and selling the product until doing this e-portfolio, i get a new experience on how to become a business person. I hope that i can use this business knowledge to start my small business in the future.

Lezat Bakes was founded on November 7, 2024 by a small group of 5 entrepreneurship students of UNIMAS here in Kota Samarahan, Sarawak. We operate Lezat Bakes exclusively through our Instagram account @lezatbakes and offline at POLGOV Kiosk, FSSK where we showcase photographs of our handcrafted Brownies with a unique secret ingredient that makes them extra chocolaty and delicious. Customers can message us there to place orders. We offer brownies RM 3 for each and we provide free delivery for those around Unimas. Running a food business has been challenging but rewarding for our small team.

Managing numerous brownies orders through Instagram and keeping up with demand with just the 5 of us has tested our skills. However, the delighted customer feedback makes it worthwhile. Our goal is building customer loyalty, expanding market reach, and boosting brand awareness are key to driving consistent revenue and long-term financial growth.

For now, we're focused on social media marketing to reach more customers.
