I have this friend. She was very depressed like beyond my control. I could only help so much so I directed her to her friends because they knew her better than me. Some of her friends were talking about her and making things worse, she's had multiple suicide attempts before I knew her, and I noticed marks/cuts on her arms/body. I asked her why would she ever attempt to hurt herself and she said it was because she didn't feel loved. She said she was getting talked about by her mom, friends and family.
