         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Hebrews were led to the base of Mount Sinai by Moses and God, who appeared as a cloud by day and a fire by night. <br>2. Moses spoke to God atop Mount Sinai and told him to tell the people they must obey his word.<br>3. Moses eventually delivered a message to the people that they will witness God on the top of the  mountain.<br>4. The Hebrews looked upon God on Mount Sinai. He preached to them his 10 Commandments in which they will follow.<br><br></div>]]></description>

They built the Tabernacle in a fashion where it could be moved from place to place like a tent.<br>3. God would appear at the shrine as a cloud during the day and fire at night. When he appeared, it was sign that Moses and the followers should move once again.</div>]]></description>

         <title>The Defeat of the Amalek</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. While the Hebrews were in Rephidim, they were attacked by Amalekites, descendants of Esau. They were highly trained in the art of war.<br>2.Joshua, a disciple of Moses was put in charge of the troops who would fight against the threat. <br>3. While fighting, Moses and his brother Aaron go to the top of the hill to pray for aid from God.<br>4.God heard their cry; the battle lasting a full day, the Amalekites were defeated. God then ordered Moses to record the attack so it is never forgotten. The Amalekites would be known to them as the route of evil.<br><br></div>]]></description>
