1. This Scenario shows a Compromise management style because one roommate imposes his decision on the other. I will choose an accommodating management style.
2- It will prevent conflict and there will be a final solution that has a significant effect. It will lead to a peaceful environment and I accept that it is my mistake.
3- This style can be seen weak as it will lack self-esteem.

1. I will use a compromising conflict management style in this scenario because it is the conflict in which me and my roommate I both have to do our personal work. My work is important to me, for that I need proper sleep and she also works for long hours and does parties on weekends for enjoying and to reduce stress. I will change my schedule of sleeping and she may reduce the hours of doing party and sometimes can do it outside in hotels or somewhere else.
2. The potential strength of this conflict management style is that people feel equality in this style. Nobody won and loose in this style. However, this style will save our relationship from to be a ruin. The other positive impact of this style is that by using this style people will have equal power so, both parties will agree easily due they will come to know that they have not lost the conflict. Along with it, this style provides an opportunity to save the relationship and solve the conflict without physical violence and arguments.
3. The potential weaknesses of this style are that both people need to understand the situation, and need more patience as well as resilience. Moreover, the agreement is a must in compromising conflict management style. This style is difficult for some people because to make a settlement both parties have to lose something. Hence, some people have fear losing something that's why it is not a completely satisfying style.

1. 1. I will use avoiding management style in this scenario because if start the conflict it will arise the fights between us which cause negative effects in our relationship.
2. Potential strengths of using is style are if I will ignore that my roommate eat the pizza and don't start the conflict and beside conflict I will cook another thing for me, this will save our relationship. I always use this style of avoiding because the result of conflict are always unhealthy and broken relationships.
3. Potential weakness of this style is that this management style is not easy because sometimes you are not able to ignore the problem. But by taking the situation in a positive manner can help to use this style. For example at that moment We can think that It's good that someone eat it because it is not a healthy thing. Now I can eat something healthy. That's why I think that taking things in a postiive manner are the best way to ignore the conflicts.

Answer 1: The conflict resolution style, from the five discussed, that I would use
would be collaborating. It involves the concern that one makes with themselves
and the other person. It requires a lot of communication to collaborate with any
person. I will try to pay his rent once more and can say him to pay for other two
months. In this, both people work together to solve the issue and come to an
mutual solution. They do not need to compromise in this.
Answer 2: The potential strength of using this style is that this won’t encourage
the conflict to highlight any further. This would solve it with the help of
communication and no one has to compromise in this as they both can come to
an mutual conclusion.
Answer 3: The potential weakness of using this style is that it is not an easy thing
to collaborate with anyone. This collaborating can also go wrong as one needs to
have a very open mind to collaborate with anyone. It is not an easy way for
everyone.

1. I will choose a collaborating style because my roommate is about to change the accommodation while will have an agreement on the lease. So, she cannot go like this without completing the agreement or have to pay her deposit. I will remain flexible and will not force her to attend parties. I will work upon the causes of the conflict.
2. The positive outcome of this style is that it is a verbal style. The outcome will be positive if both parties will be agreed. I will ask her not to move and I will not disturb her.
3. The negative part of this style is that it is more time-consuming, distinguish the person from the problem, both parties have to listen carefully to each other as well as a personal views to win the contest.
