At work intersectionality is what defines the person's position, pay, and work. just because you have been given the tag of being female, lesbian, or gay doesn't mean that you have to face partiality at work. Partiality specifically regarding the discrimination of gender, disability, sexuality, and racial identity. where you are paid based on discrimination or being looked down. for example, in Asian culture female is considered she cannot to be a surgeon or heart specialist she can only be be gynecologist or skin specialist that is what defines gender partiality in Asian culture. Genders other than Men are also paid lower wages than they deserve.

Just because you get the identity by birth doesn't mean that men have the right to dominate and treat women as they want. As of right now, the same mentality is being carried out in the Asian Culture, especially in Pakistan and India. The picture shows women being mistreated there are certain reasons one of which is that she cannot give birth to a son. it's amazing to see people's sense of humor that always a woman is questioned why she didn't give birth to a boy but have any ever questioned the man why he didn't give the male genes so women can give birth to a boy? so why women have to suffer from all that trauma or either being beaten by her husband. why?

In Asian Culture especially in Pakistan or Indian country discrimination is seen for the intersex people. Due to the inequality they face they are unable to get equal opportunities for them. They are not given education, or job opportunities so that they can live in a society with equality instead people of the society look upon them. Intersex people are not considered human why??? it is not like they want to be born like that but still, it doesn't give us the right to judge. They also want to live a life of equality but it's a bitter truth that no one stands for their right. If as a human being, we stand for them a lot of things can change but no everyone has blinded their eyes when it comes to the rights of intersex.

It is often seen that in the muslim culture, women have to wear Hijabb or Abbay because of their strict family, husbands, or In-laws. Wearing a hijab or Abayya should be a woman's decision it should not be imposed. I have seen women whose families are strict regarding Hijab and Abayas and when they are out or far from family they free themselves from Hijabb and Abayas saying that it stops them from their freedom. I think imposing things like this makes them disloyal to their religion. so it should be totally up to women to decide for her. Give her at least that much freedom. There are some other cases where women don't wear hijabs or abayas from the fear of being judged especially in foreign countries being a hijabi or wearing an abaya always makes you stand in the circle of being a terrorist which doesn't make sense. so it is like at some places it is imposed to wear hijab and abayas and in some places if they want to wear it and even if it's their decision they can't as you never know what tag you will be given like terrorist or face inequality.
