Some of the programs were too prescriptive and getting buy-in from students was not happening.
Kids need to develop intrinsic motivation. Many dropped off when they found out there weren't grades.

  They're in different levels. Allowed them to choose what they're working on. Much is self paced. 
*Blended model where you have videos to help support learning. Can self check their work with a Google Slides where the students come up with the answers

* Within Google Classroom can go ahead and differentiate the type of assignment that the students receive. 

Differentiating for students: 
Asynchronous learners: Video instructions
Synchronous learning class later in the day

Edulastic - can put own content into the question (drag and drop, categorization) 

Housing things within Google Sites ... limit the amount that they move from site to site or the amount of tools that are used so that they don't get lost
