Good sites -
http://www.gcsescience.com/e6-crystallization.htm
This website basically talks about what crystallisation is, and the process of how to make crystallisation occur but it doesn't talk about a specific recipe which is good. It explains it in detail and it is easy to understand.

http://orgchemboulder.com/Technique/Procedures/Crystallization/Crystallization.shtml
This website again talks about what crystallisation is. It talks about what exactly is happening in the process, but it doesn't talk about a specific recipe, it talks about it in general. What I like about this website more than the last is that it gives a diagram of the actual crystallisation happening, and at the end, it gives a small procedure of how to make crystals using crystallisation.

Crystallisation is a technique that chemists use to purify solid compounds.

The reaction is taking place here when you dip the nuts into the solution (the solution is the sugar that has been dissolved in the boiling water). The change is affecting the recipe because the crystallisation is what give the nuts its sweetness and the crystallisation part make up the whole recipe. Of course you could just get water and put sugar around it but it takes the whole recipe to the next level when you add crystallisation to the recipe, as that makes crystals grow around the nuts.

http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Rock-Candy
This is a recipe for making rock candy. The reaction is taking place here when you put the stick in the solution. When you put the stick in the solution and they you wait is when the reaction is actually happening. The change affects the recipe because if you didn't do crystallisation in the recipe then you wouldn't have any rock candy. You would just have a little bit of coloured sugar on a stick.

http://www.thekitchn.com/diy-recipe-crystallized-ginger-69125
This is a recipe for making crystallised ginger. The reaction is taking place here when you coat the ginger in the solution and leave it out to set. That is when crystallisation is occurring. This affects the recipe almost like the nuts, because it gives it sweetness. You could just put sugar around it but growing crystals to surround the whole thing takes the whole recipe to the next level. If you didn't perform the crystallisation process in the recipe then it would either just be plain ginger or just ginger with a little bit of sugar on the outer sides.
