It is unique because of the combination of country regulations and growing criticality of our sites. Thanks to your very active partnership, Susan, that despite the complexities, we were able to navigate through and implement key initiatives that improve the state of our network infrastructure in China. These include the installation of dedicated Zscaler nodes in Beijing and Guangzhou to keep all internet traffic within China, the introduction of Guest Access services in GT4, improving resiliency in our key sites. You have positively influenced our management and now we are seeing disproportionate attention and investment in China. Admittedly, there are still a lot of improvement areas but the team is 100% committed in following through, inspired by your push for us to strive for ‘great’ and ‘excellent’, not just ‘good’ or ‘okay.
Thank you that at times you have pushed the team to our limits, positively of course, and along the way, building our character. Thank you for making us think outside the box and helping us realize that technology itself does not add value unless it creates positive end-user experience.
