Through this incident, I finally understood what "teamwork makes the dream work" meant. Without teamwork, this would not have been possible. This incident will forever be etched in my mind to serve as a reminder to work together with my teammates during a group project.

As the last line of code was written, a sense of satisfaction was felt among all of us. With cooperation and teamwork, we managed to complete the codes before the deadline! Looking at our work, Mrs Lim even praised us for our teamwork and was positive that we would bring home the trophy!

In the blink of an eye, the day of the prize presentation ceremony came. That day, I felt butterflies in my stomach. I really wanted to win this competition! When the emcee was about to announce the winners for the competition, everyone in the majestic hall went silent, even a needle could be heard dropping to the ground! Just then, the emcee announced," The winner of the annual coding competition is...Elias Park Primary School!" As soon as I heard that, tears of joy welled up in my eyes as I went on stage to receive the trophy. Shrieks of excitement could also be heard at the bottom of the stage. I never ever thought that I would win such an important competition with my group mates.

At this moment, a light tap on my shoulder brought me back to reality. “ Peter, stop daydreaming! Clear your cupboard!" Hearing that, I started cleaning my cupboard. In this incident, I learnt the importance of teamwork and the meaning of" Teamwork makes the dreamwork". This incident will also forever be etched in my mind to serve as a reminder to cooperate and work with my group mates during group discussions and projects.

Bang! The shotgun sounded. All of the competitors ran as fast as lightning, dashing towards the second runner. Soon, the third runner of our team, John, ran towards me.

"Go, John! You can do it!" I cheered for him loudly, although our opponents were all leading. John passed the baton to me effortlessly, give me an encouraging smile. I ran as fast as I could, soon crossing the finishing line with all my might.
