         <description><![CDATA[<div>- provide space through conversations with mentees where they know that they are able to reach out to us whenever<br>- give a positive energy to mentees so that they would not be judged<br>- create warm environment &amp; build rapport <br>e.g. when mentee is retaliating/getting angry, should pull him aside and ask questions about why he is like that<br>- we as mentors can lead as examples, can become part of their peer support system<br>e.g. lowering our expectations so as to level to mentees' expectations, start small and further expand <br><br></div>]]></description>
