         <description><![CDATA[<div>The rough ER is composed of a network of folded membranes studded with ribosomes. The DDR RAM on a computer works similarly to the rough ER in a cell. The ram is used to perform various temporary tasks given to it by the components like the CPU much like how the rough ER is used for the various tasks of folding, modifying, and transporting proteins.
