My name is Cynthia Malone, and I am an accidental instructional designer who has been working in the instructional systems design field for over 20 years. I have held many different roles in this field such as instructional technologist, multimedia developer, technical trainer, and currently training specialist. 
 
Out of all the roles I’ve held in my life, the greatest is mother, grandmother, and wife. I look forward to our time together during our class, and I want to encourage you to get involved, have fun, ask questions, reach out to me if you need assistance, I am here to assist.
