The most challenging part was definitely the terminology and needing to rely on common sense rather than overcomplicating answers. It was a new experience, but I’m glad I adapted to it.

At the start, I wasn’t very confident, but now I feel much more comfortable answering questions. If I could change anything, I would’ve taken revision more seriously from the beginning.

Next term, my goal is to stay fully focused during lessons and make sure I give 100% effort when answering questions and learning new content.

I always had some confidence in the subject since parts of it link to other areas, like converting binary feeling similar to square factors in Math. I used strategies like abstraction, decomposition, and pattern recognition to break problems down and understand them better.

Next term, I want to push myself by tackling harder questions and focusing more on understanding the processes behind each solution.

In Term 2, I didn’t learn the content well enough, so I struggled again. But in Term 3, I balanced learning the content and practising exam questions, which helped me achieve a much better grade.

If I could restart, I’d give 100% from the beginning, since missing key content can really set you back. I’ve gained more confidence now, and I’ve realised that with a solid understanding, the questions are more manageable than they first seemed.

My assessments were generally good, but I sometimes lost marks from not fully reading the question or losing focus. If I could do anything differently, it would be to slow down and concentrate more during assessments.

My confidence in Economics is strong because many concepts are logical, like how higher income leads to more luxury spending, which raises demand. Next term, I plan to use extra resources to stretch my understanding and apply key terms more precisely. Taking more responsibility means staying focused and reading questions carefully to give well-structured answers.

Language, however, was more challenging. While I have a solid foundation in English, I found it harder to focus my writing and avoid including unnecessary detail. My teacher suggested I work on creating more effective climaxes and using shorter sentences, which I’ve been trying to apply.

My confidence in English has stayed steady, though it’s not as strong as in some other subjects. If I were to redo the term, I’d focus more on improving my Language skills and being more intentional about how I write. Going forward, I want to keep refining my structure and clarity to get the best out of my writing.
