So that means that the the secondary source has inquired their information. The primary source is more likely to have more detail and be more truthful.
FOR EXAMPLE : If some gets MURDERED than the witnesses  are the primary source . If a witness tells there mom about and the witness and their mom get Interview then their mom is a secondary source.
