It appears to me that the highest esalated students are just trailed by several staff and off task behavior continues repeatedly day after day. This is not just my perspective though it is what my students see and hear on the daily. My "regulated" students have witnessed so much disrespect and unsafe senerios while at school that they are becoming toleratnt in a way that I do not advocate for. It is something that weighs heavily on the mind hour on the hour. We spend hours and money on what we know/think students must experience at home rather than making any considerations on what occurs on our watch within the walls of Altura. It is embarrassing and we do not look professionally developed when all we do is trail and watch.
