         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Learning Intention:<br></strong>to plan a 10 minute physical activity for the Year 5s.<br><strong>Success Criteria:</strong><br>I'll know I'm successful when I've shared instructions or a demonstration of my huff-n-puff activity.<br><br><strong>Task:</strong> Think of a fun way to get people moving throughout the day. Come up with a plan for your activity that uses minimal equipment, can be done at home and takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. It might be a circuit, solo or family game, dance, stretch or whatever else you can think of! Upload a picture or video to Seesaw and the teachers will put together a matrix with all of your ideas to keep us active all term!<br><br>Try Mrs Logue's activity below to get you moving on day 1. Choose 8-10 playing cards. Follow the instructions to complete your set of exercises. The number on the card tells you how many to complete. Have fun!</div>]]></description>
