I am Narmadha of CSE from Francis Xavier College. My Passion is to become Technology lead in Infosys. 

        A technical lead is a professional    who oversees a team of technical personal at a software or technology company. They often lead software development or software engineering teams and troubleshoot technical issues that involve software development, engineering tasks and product releases. 

    
According to a company these are the qualities that a team lead should have 
    
•Team Management
•Communication
•Problem-solving
•Decision-making
•High analytical skills
•A high degree of initiative and flexibility
•High customer orientation
•High-quality awareness
•Excellent verbal and written     communication skills.  

The responsibilities of Technology Lead:-

Develop and deliver web-based applications on time and with very high code quality.
Work closely with the creative team to ensure high fidelity implementations.
Analyze and recommend performance optimizations of the code and ensure code complies with security best practices.
Debug and troubleshoot problems in live applications.
 
According to my search Infosys provides ₹8.6 to ₹15 lakhs per annum.

I created and it has visually improved as well as the speed and mobility for myself.
