         <description><![CDATA[<p>their are 5 food groups which consist of grains, vegetables, fruit, dairy and meat. there are also foods that you should have small amounts because they are high in sugar or fats. grains are things like bread, rice, noodles and cereal vegetables are things like carrots, brocolli and lettuce. fruits are things like apples, oranges and watermelon dairy are things like yogurt, cream and milk and meat is things like fish, chicken and beef. these foods get us vital nutrients to help your body function. A balanced diet can help your body function and make you feel better. A good diet can prevent obesity, illness and diseases and you will have a lot more energy. a bad diet can cause obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and certain cancers. with good choices about your diet it can prevent illness and fatigue.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>grains can give carbohydrates, protein, fibre and minerals not having enough grains leads to fatigue, worse physical performances and difficulty to concentrate. Vegetables can give pottasium, dietary fibre, folate, vitamin c and vitamin a not having enough vegetables can lead to digestive issues, obesity and lower your risk of bowel cancer. fruits can give vitamin a, vitamin c, vitamin e, ,magnesium, zinc, phosphurous and folic acid not having enough fruits can lead to obesity, digestive problems and can make it easier to get cancer. dairy products give calcium, protein, magnesium, phosphurous, potassium, zinc, selenium, vitamin a, vitamin d, riboflavin, vitamin b12 and choline not having enough dairy can affect your bones, muscles and nervous system. meat gives protein, iron, zinc and vitamin b not having enough meat will lead to energy loss.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>the food selection models are trying to promote healthy eating by telling you what to eat more and what not to eat. in this pyramid shows what foods are bad and how often to eat it. these foods are grouped in high sugar foods, fatty foods, meat, dairy, grains and vegetables/ fruits. one strength of this pyramid is that it has lots of information about the foods. this model does not say what nutrients are the foods and what nutrients you need.</p>]]></description>
