The second step includes the creation of google drive documents, this allows the team to be communicated and work on the same project at the same time. For instance, if I am planning a group trip with my team each person is able to work on the different needs for the trip at the same time for us to have a clear vision of who is working on each thing. 

After all the aspects of the trip are clear is time to go to the next step. 

 

The first step to distinguish people’s skills is to acknowledge that everyone has something to offer to the project from organizing, delegating the project to even illustrating it. 

I need to start better communicating and knowing the people I am working with to understand their perspective. Understanding your team will allow you to know how to work effectively with them and to better delegate the parts of the project accordingly and follow to the next face.  

 

 

·     Activities will be organized to get the team together and will facilitate the process of getting to know our strengths as individuals and as a team. 

Group activities such as the paper square that was done in class helped us to show our strengths and communicate between each other without many of our senses including speech and basic gestures. 

That activity brought the best in our team it helped us to realize our strengths and weaknesses as a team. These activities can be done bi - weekly or monthly depending on the length of the project because is important to keep the team together to understand that we all have the same objective. Every activity session will be done on a rotational basis. Each person on the team will have the chance to create a team activity to help all of us develop our skills. 

 

It is important to be able to talk to each other in case that we need help or we have questions. Trust between each other is important to have because without trust we cannot accomplish the common goals.

The way to gain trust is by communicating effectively and allowing others to do their job.
