According to my team members opinion, conclusion is that - We have to increase our time (capability) of doing our work. Like we are doing our work 12 hours then we have to do our work minimum 16 hours. As written in the situation we have to available 24 hours but instead of 24 hours we will available minimum 16 hours because 16 hours is enough for doing work continuously of a human person. And left 8 hours we will give the responsibility to a reliable person that know our work in good way. So that we will complete our weekly and monthly sales targets. After applying all these tips we should examine remaining work or target if it's really big and not possible to achieve in remaining days so we may hire 1 or 2 extra /temporary sales man only for that particular goal.

In that topic I played a roll of marketing head.
And my team's conclusion is that :-
Over the pandemic the employees or staff can come in the office. They do not need to do work from his/her home. And follow some instructions.
Instructions are :-
(1) All the employees and staff must be vaccinated.
(2) They all the employees and staff must be wear mask, use hand sanitizer and keep social distancing. And follow all the guidelines which given by our government.
(3) If any employees family has symptoms of covid-19 then they do not need to come in office and stay in his/her home. And the company will not cut the salary and if they have need of money then we will give money. They do not need to take tension and they can do work from home. After become a healthy, they can come in office.

As an HR , I will definitely deny to go in office beacuse as we can see Corona is increasing day by day with different variants like black fungus , yellow , red and green fungus which cause the death and if we want to save the people doctor have to take out their eyes , and lots of people washed their hands with their relatives and lived ones. As an HR we can easily take interview from online and easily can hire new people easily while doing work from home. And lots of companies are also following these things. Also we can easily give them training tondo work from home while showing them webinar. It's not the big deal.

But according to today's scenario, most part of the traditional education has been acquired by digital education. A- Endangered Species :-

Now a days due to huge quantity of plastic
waste are polluting the surface of ocean and it is not good for Marine Mammals such as :-
Tortoise,Blue 🐳, Dolphins and so on.

Every year millions of species are died due to consumption of plastic and 50to 80%of turtle are dieing by consuming plastic .

B- Human affected by plastic:-

In today's world every single person on earth have become habitual to use plastic and it's
not good for humanity because plastic have made by some chemical process and these chemicals effects human body in terms of Cancer, Ulcers and so on.
Most important problem is that plastics can't be decompose and from 2010 to till now production of plastic are increasing like 300 trillion ton annually so it's quiet horreble .
If we don't stop the use of plastic so only plastic will exist on earth not the species .

Answer is totally no, because India trade with chinese product 60 l% to 70%, if India bycott Chinese product suddenly so India cannot afford, India continue go to losses because China has a good trading partner.

Plastic is made up of polymer form by toxic chemicals which is really hard to degrade that's why we cannot able to burn it , burying it and it makes affected to the microbes which cause soil erosion. Plastic is solid waste which occupied space beacuse of this after many years where we will live.

of pounds plastic dumped into the sea which create problems of wildlife whose living in the ocean and other sea birds also.

Ultimately human being also impacted my it while consumption though salt , drinking tap water , eating sea foods like fish , crabs etc and breathe micro plastic from the air.
It also affects the climate , it deplete the ozone layer which creates disease in human beings through direct sunlight and scientist says plastic can create a tsunami .
We can overcome from the plastic with help of four R's---
Reduce
Reuse
Recycle
Recover
We should try to eplace plastic from biodegradable materials like paper bags and clothes bags, and try to make biodegradable things to use for packaging instead of plastic.

No, digital education hasn't taken over traditional education completely as most of the people believe in traditional education system yet. But due to covid situation people become more familiar with digital education as compared to earlier.
There are some positive and negative aspects of digital education.

Due to digital education we can save our time, efforts and also money.
We can learn according to our own convenient time & favourite course too.
In digital education we get more options for learning and courses too.
With the help of 3D pictures & video for better understanding.
There are some negative aspects of this digital education are there.

Practical knowledge we can't achieve by using digital mode.
Our hand writing is effected for this system because everything doing in laptop or mobile.
Some students just join the online class and don't pay attention to the class they do other things in class timing.
No interaction with classmates and seniors and juniors too.
Tests are not given honestly in this online mode.
Some teachers need training on how to use the online mode.

The overall traditional education system is good but now we are in the 21st century so we have to accept the change for our betterment hence the semi-digital mode of education is best for us.
The growth rate of digital education has increased but it has increased only for preparation for competitive exam but in case of primary education, secondary and higher education it has not taken still people prefer the traditional mode of education because it creates an atmosphere of study and increase the social skill and it helps in making the discipline it also keep away from many types of disease like eye problem, ear problem so the traditional also help in keeping fit and still its importance.
