We count off by threes, with each group assigned a different color (red, yellow, or green).  

Our advisors will read one of the challenging statements out loud and we will each come up with a response to the statement according to our group’s color..  

A couple of volunteers from each group will read their response out loud (feel free to put on your best acting voice!), and we’ll briefly discuss why the responses were red, yellow, or green.

After this first round, each group will get assigned a different color. Then, a new challenge statement will be read aloud, and the process will begin again. 

This will be repeated until all three groups have been assigned to all three colors.
