Germany's Unemployment Rate continued to decline as companies hire more workers to increase production capacity.
Momentum in the private sector picked up in July amid strengthening manufacturing, and the strongest confidence in services since 2011 propelled a gauge for economic sentiment to a five-month high.
Germany's Unemployment rate dropped to a record low of 5.2%.
The German Economy is running at a capacity utilization of 88%, which is a close to a record. Because of this, many businesses are looking to invest.
The number of people out of work declined by a seasonally adjusted 6,000 million to 2.338 million.
A company is looking to build a new factory in eastern Germany where unemployment is some 2 percentage points higher than in western Germany.

Germany's inflation rate increased to a 4-month high which may cause other European countries to rise further above the European Central Bank's goal. The consumer prices exceeded median estimate of an annual 2.2 percent in September. Inflation in Germany is slightly stronger than the currency bloc with the help of robust labor market and solid domestic growth. The inflation rate is at its highest in almost 7 years.
