1. Financial reconciliation - There are many countries running concurrently and each finance team will have to reconcile the financial data between systems. Reports generated are having different sets of data making lives difficult every month/year-end.

Bottlenecks - without a standardized process, the system could not capture a standard set of data to provide to the finance team for reconciliation with absolute accuracy. Therefore we have to do manual manipulation of surplus every month/year to match numbers accordingly.
