Families, School board, admin hold the power. We can work together to find a solution and also involve them by discussing issues and making efforts to make school a better place for everyone. We could write an email, letter or set up a meeting to discuss to them about our worries.

• The school board has the power.

• The youth has power to create change. We can bring youth into our efforts by discussing with marginalized students on how they feel at school and how it affects their education and create environment where we can support them to feel welcome at ARISE.

• To involve people we can create surveys and support groups. This will help us with knowing what students feel marginalized and who to support to create a safe supportive environment for them to talk about.
