Natural resources are constantly used by humans, such as water, oil, wood, coal, etc. Natural resources can also be classified as renewable or non-renewable.
Air and water are renewable natural resources. They do not grow like trees, but are always renewed as they move in cycles (Renewable resources can be regrown or replaced within a person's lifespan).
The four popular non-renewable resources are:
°Coal
°Oil
°Natural Gas
°Nuclear Fuel
Non-renewable resources are things that take longer than the lifespan of a person to be replaced, it takes millions of years to from because there are many limited important resources. To avoid wasting these resources, they should be recycled. For example:
°Plastic.
°Cardboard.
°Aluminum jugs.

Quote: Charles David Keeling (1928-2005) Environmental scientist and science popularizer, recalls that Keeling's studies on the concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere "are one of the proofs that global warming is of anthropic origin".

My phrase: Renewable resources such as water, air, etc. in the daily life of the human being they are very necessary since we depend on them (in the case of those mentioned in the example). But in the case of non-renewable resources like fuel, coal, etc. that are necessary in our day to day, either to use them as fuel for the car .. They are not as necessary as Air or water .. because we can live without them and we can take care of them so that they do not run out.

Renewable energy:
Renewable energies are clean and almost inexhaustible resources that nature provides. Due to their indigenous nature, they help to reduce our country's dependence on external supplies, reduce the risk of a poorly diversified supply and favor the development of new technologies and job creation.

Non-renewable energy:
Non-renewable energy is that which is obtained from a scarce and limited natural resource.

As non-renewable energy comes from limited and finite resources, it cannot be renewed, because when the resource it comes from is exhausted, that resource cannot be substituted. For this reason, if the natural sources from which it comes will end, the energy ceases to exist.

They generally originate from nuclear or fossil fuels. From fossil fuels you can get coal, natural gas and oil. On the other hand, from nuclear power we can obtain uranium and plutonium.

The main difference between renewable and non-renewable energies is that the latter consume some type of fuel (oil, natural gas, coal, uranium ...). In turn, renewable energy uses other types of energy resources (solar energy, wind energy, tidal energy, etc.).

Quote:
"Energy is essential for development, and sustainable energy is essential for sustainable development." Tim Wirth.

My phrase:
"SWITCHING TO RENEWABLE ENERGY IS NOT JUST THE BEST OPTION. IT'S OUR ONLY OPTION".

Student: Melano Johanna.

https://youtu.be/Giek094C_l4
