However it can be quite overwhelming for teachers to ensure that they meet all the different requirements. We may end up force-fitting some things in. Would the school or depts have a staged focus plan for teachers? Like maybe for 2018, we could focus on writing and giving good feedback as a school and every dept could make this a PD and improvement area. It would help us build our knowledge and deepen our practice in an incremental manner.

Some teachers/adults already cannot deal with it and we expect students to do it?
