Priority: Unified assessment calendar, data dashboard and tracking system

Leadership role: Data lead or an Academic VP

Strong policies exist in GEMS: re behavior, anti-bullying, child protection and keeping students safe

Gaps: consistency across all schools; contextual adjustments?

Priority: Model policies and frameworks repository (existing collation) + Training Resources (e.g. Level 1, 2, 3 Safeguarding)

Leadership roles: Suggested - Safeguarding and Behaviour Task Group

Existing: Newsletters, Portals, Seesaw, Tapestry, Parent Handbooks, Website Examples

Gaps: structured onboarding? workshops? translated guides?

Priority: Model Parent Communication Pack

Leadership Roles: Suggested VP Pastoral or a Lead PRE or group of PRE’s wishing to work beyond their remit?

The central Pillar would include:

• Culture, vision and values

• Leadership and governance

• Strategic coordination with the parent company (GEMS Education)

• Quality assurance and accountability systems – both at the individual school level and across the wider cluster or network

• Talent development - Performance management, professional development, onsite training, professional growth pathways

• Safeguarding (pillar 5).

I suggest that our schools will have a range of documents and materials that could also be tapped into to support this pillar.
