We found the learning journey extremely thought-provoking, insightful, and one of a kind. With many exhibits being surreal yet still relatable and passing on the various messages in creative and unexpected ways, it was truly eye opening and a refreshing experience.

The interaction the exhibitions allowed was very helpful in helping us empathise, experience and step into the shoes of others. They helped us to learn about self-care and our mental states as well as various different forms of therapy. Everyone has their own mental health journey and we should take it slow and steady instead of expecting immediate results. Consistent, incremental efforts are required to help maintain and improve our mental health.

You're braver than you believe, stronger than you see, and smarter than you think ~ Christoper Robin (Winnie The Pooh)

From this exhibition, we believe that not all talk surrounding mental health should be negative. Some booths are simply made to be a neutral exploration of the mind. Positive talk surrounding mental health should be more encouraged and more commonly discussed.

Metal: colours of well being, was an eye-opening experience as it offered a multi faceted nature of metal health. For instance, there was a care giver where they had also experienced stress. So it's not just the patient but those around who experience the pain suffering that they go through as well. Weaving movements, they had expressed the emotions of care and frustration and mixture of feelings when it comes to providing care for those who need it. Those who serve should also ensure they have the physical and emotional support for themselves to carry on their services to others
