It allows the person to first identify that they have a problem and gives them steps in order to fix it. CBT will monitor the persons eating habits and try and stop the irrational thoughts that occur in their mind. </div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In this artilce, Demi Lovato revealed what she went through as she struggled with having bulimia. She told the public that her disorder started when she was only nine years old and escalted at age 12. Many sources believe that the disorder only occurs in teenage years. At age 18 she finally got help in order to fix her disorder. Demi shares that she does not want to have children because it runs in her family. (Her mom and grandma both had it) . </div>]]></description>
